The Jeffries Street Learning Center, a non profit organization, celebrated its 20th year anniversary in 2006. The doors have been open for men, women and children who desire to improve their education and career outlook. Offering a wide array of programs at no cost to participants, the Learning Center has proved a phenomenal success and a solid partner in the pursuit of excellence!

 Jason Kidd took a first step at his second chance to give back to the Dallas community by taking part in the dedication of a new computer lab at the Jeffries Street Learning Center in Fair Park.
The Mavs Foundation teamed with Office Expo and iwerk in creating a Mavs Reading and Learning Center at the Jeffries Street Learning Center. The new computer lab received cubicles from Office Expo and computer equipment from the Mavs Foundation. Technicians from iwerk installed the network and the computers. [view full story ]
